On Wednesday evening, we welcome the Bristol Pitbulls to the Basingstoke Arena for a midweek evening fixture in the Planet Ice National League competition, the game faces off at the later time of 8pm.

Here’s everything you need to know about your visit:

TICKETS: Tickets for this fixture are selling fast so we  would advise all supporters to book in advance to avoid queuing on match night at the box office.

Our ticket system ensures you’ll be emailed instantly with your ticket and all you need to do on the door is show the bar code.

If you’re unable to buy online, then the ticket office will still be open for purchases on matchday for cash and card payments.

TICKET PRICES: Prices for game night tickets are:

Adult – £15.50

Child – £7.50

Senior Citizen – £12.00

Family (2 adult & 2 children) – £42.00

Disabled Admission Policy – One complimentary admission ticket will be issued to a carer of a disabled guest if ID is presented connecting the name of the disabled guest to the recipient of one or more of the following: Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Attendance Allowance (AA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Armed Forces Independent Payment (AFIP), or is a registered blind person.

DOORS OPEN: Doors open at 7.15pm for this midweek fixture.  We ask that you do not bring bags unless necessary. If you do bring a bag, it will be searched.

MERCHANDISE STANDS: We hope to have some clothing available for sale this evening.

PURCHASING REPLICA JERSEYS: We will be taking orders for replica jerseys at the merchandising stand, we have a number of adult & child sizing jerseys for people to try on as Dunamis our new shirt supplier jerseys are very different in style and sizing to last year’s supplier.

SIGNING TABLE: As this a midwwek fixture with a later face off time of 8pm unfortunately we will not be holding a signing table tonight, the table returns on Saturday night with the first visit of the Bees.

Food & Beverage:

The rink bar will be open all evening long, with Papa John’s will once again be producing freshly made pizzas.

You can order in advance before the game so your delicious piping hot pizza is waiting for you in one of the intervals or at the end of the game.

There’s no need to rush to eat before heading to the arena when you can grab a delicious Papa John’s during the game.

We also have the offers for supporters which can be taken up 7 days a week from the Beefeater Spruce Goose where Season Ticket holders receive a 40% discount on main meals only excluding set menus up to 6 people per transaction valid 7 days a week on production of the Season Ticket card and Match day ticket holders receive a 25% discount off all food excluding set menus up to 6 people per transaction valid 7 days a week on production of a match ticket (paper or electronic) within 14 days of the game

VENDING MACHINES: The majority of our vending machines accept card and cash payment.

CARD PAYMENTS: The majority of the arena concession stands (food areas and bar) can take contactless payment and where possible we ask you to pay by card but if necessary, we will still accept cash.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK:  No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the venue, unless required for medical or dietary purposes.

MATCH-NIGHT PROGRAMME: We will not be operating with a match night programme this season.

However there will be available this week,  free to collect Gamesheets for people to complete please pick these up tonight from the Puck & Duck table.

COMPETITIONS:

The ever popular 50/50 draw will be running tonight, with one lucky winner each week taking home a huge cash prize. Tickets cost just £1 and are available from our roving sellers and at the Merchandise Club table.
