With the news announced yesterday that general admission tickets go on sale today at 12 noon, your GalxC Cooling Services Basingstoke Bison are pleased to confirmed details for Season Ticket Holders on how they gain entry to games for the 2022 / 23 season.
If You Have Renewed Your Season Ticket in the Same Seat?
For all Season ticket holders that have renewed the same seat as the 2021 / 22 season your current Season Ticket card will be loaded with this year’s games.
All you need to do to gain entry to games is produce your card at the door for the staff to scan your card and gain entry.
If you have lost the Season Card you were issued with last season then please email us at hello@bstokebison.co.uk with the title “Lost Season Ticket Card” and we will produce a new one for you.
If You Have Renewed Your Season Ticket but Are Sitting in a Different Seat?
If you have asked to sit in a different seat this year, then you will require a new Season Ticket Card to gain access to the games.
These will be available to pick up as follows:
- Thursday 1st September 2022 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the Open Training session.
- Saturday 3rd September from 4pm until Face Off of the game.

You will need a Season Ticket card to gain access to the games.
